Champ vs Standard
Late bakkies 1990? to 2008 Deluxe was replaced by Champ.

Roof
Not all B140s have a raised roof. The first few years of the 1400 had a normal roof.
B120 1400 (1980-1982)
1980-1982 Datsun 1400
Low-roof B140 next to High-roof B140
1982-1985: Low roof B140 1986-2007: High roof B140
The difference is subtle, perhaps 2 cm? But checking the rear glass window makes it obvious: high-roof has a smaller back window of curved glass
